Seller Matter provides software tools that help Amazon sellers automate pricing, request customer reviews, and analyze profitability.
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1.2 Information we receive from Amazon Selling Partner API
When you connect your Amazon Seller Central account to Seller Matter through Amazon's secure OAuth authorization flow, we access data from the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) strictly to provide the Services to you. Depending on the features you use, this may include:
- Product listing and catalog information (titles, ASINs, SKUs, images, conditions);
- Offer and pricing information, including competitive pricing data and price change notifications;
- Inventory information;
- Order information, which may include limited buyer-related information made available by Amazon;
- Financial and settlement information such as fees, payouts, and transaction summaries;
- Seller performance and feedback information.
We access, use, and retain Amazon data in accordance with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. We use this data only to provide and improve the Services you have requested, never for advertising to third parties, and we do not sell it.
1.3 Information collected automatically
- Usage and log data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and actions taken in the Services, collected to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies that are necessary for the Services to function (such as session authentication) and to remember your preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Services from working.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide the Services: automated repricing, review request campaigns, and profit and sales analytics;
- To create and manage your account and subscriptions, and to process payments;
- To send service-related communications such as onboarding information, security notices, and billing notifications;
- To respond to your support requests and inquiries;
- To monitor, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we do not sell personal information or Amazon data to anyone.
3. How We Store and Protect Information
- All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
- Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access restricted to authorized personnel who need it to operate the Services.
- Amazon SP-API credentials and authorization tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed to other users or third parties.
- We apply the technical and organizational measures required by Amazon's Data Protection Policy, including access controls, network protection, and logging.
- No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law and by Amazon's policies.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, and payment processing providers that process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations;
- Amazon: data is exchanged with Amazon through the SP-API as necessary to provide the Services (for example, submitting price updates or review requests you configure);
- Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Seller Matter, our users, or the public;
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to your data.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Amazon data.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services.
- Buyer-related personal information received through the Amazon SP-API is retained no longer than permitted by Amazon's Data Protection Policy and is deleted after it is no longer required to fulfill the purpose for which it was obtained, except where longer retention is required by law.
- When you disconnect your Amazon store, we stop collecting data from that store. When you close your account or request deletion, we delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain (such as invoicing records).
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@sellermatter.com.
